"I get there in the end!"

Electrik is the second EP release by Adam Turk.

Originally, these four tracks were sent to A&R departments of both major and independent record companies for Adam Turk to get signed, which didn't materialise, however, in a strange and humorous twist Adam Turk though his record label and the contracts and deals they've signed him up to now with Virgin Records, which is owned by the Universal Music Group.

The first song to be recorded at La Rocka Studios in London in March 1995, Laugher where a twenty-four year old homeless British kid started to cut his teeth in the studio for the first time, and a friendship was born with the co-owner, engineer - Pete Chapman.

Next was Cold Blue Ice and What I Wanna Do where Adam Turk wanted to play acoustic drums for a more beefy thick rock sound, though in the latter song he toned it down adding acoustic guitar during August 1996.

The recording of Friends Pt. I & II, was done in one full day and it was the first time Adam Turk used the wah-wah pedal for the end guitar solo instrumental.

Adam | Hippy Girl - EP

“Bringing the 1960s flower powder power back to life”

Hippy Girl is the debut EP release.

With the 1960s a significant cultural and historical period in recent memory Adam’s influence of listening to The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix as well as countless other groups of this time inspired him to write Hippy Girl detailing this important ‘flower power’ moment.

The harrowing feelings of depression, vulnerability and hopelessness on the second track Uncertain, is a cry-for-help especially as the last verse repeats, “please sir, help me!”

In My Own Little Heaven has a laidback feel in both of the versions recorded, the third track version being recorded in the studio several years after Adam recorded the fourth lo-fi bedroom mix, which both are included in the digital remastered and reissued version.

My debut electronic and ninth studio album released

 My debut electronic album and ninth studio album has been released Formation, and is gaining surprising traction across all digital streaming and download music sites, globally!

The music compositions are inspired from demo tracks I recorded between 1991 and 2000, using a keyboard and plugging it through guitar effects and another multi-effects box to create interesting and experimental sounds, using a 4-track studio cassette recorder.

Converting analogue recorded music into digital audio files not only preserved these recordings but were used to inspire and compose the music instrumental tracks on my electronic Formation album.

There is a differance between analogue and digital recorded music, so majority of the instrumental music tracks on my album are inspired rather than exact duplication of the original music compositions.

There is one track, which uses two analogue recorded keyboard parts in Enter the Galaxy, which couldn't be replicated.
